6-Session Coaching Package

Feeling stagnant in your healthcare career, but unsure what the next step might be to grow? Struggling with poor reviews from staff or patients and don’t understand why (or how to fix it)? You know that something needs to change, but you feel stuck and uncertain about what to do next. A 6-session coaching package may be exactly what you need to get started.

12-Session Coaching Package

You are motivated to grow. You desire to capitalize on your strengths, close gaps, and minimize obstacles. To be fully effective as a leader, you desire to be well-balanced in your “hard” skills (technical skills) and “soft” skills (leadership and Emotional Intelligence) but are not sure how to make it happen. If so, this 12-session package is right for you.

1–2 Hour Ad Hoc Consultation

Perhaps you’ve worked with me in the past and would like an in-depth follow-up to touch base on the goals you laid out. Maybe you’d just like an executive leadership expert to be your sounding board for a specific issue or particular roadblock you’ve encountered.
