I have over 30 years of experience and success as a healthcare executive and leadership coach. Additionally, with the industry insight and experience I’ve gained as a healthcare provider, I am uniquely positioned to help guide you in crafting strategies and plans of action for reaching your goals.
I earned my MBA from the University of Phoenix, Atlanta Campus, with a focus on Leadership Development. Additionally, I have management certificates in Executive Leadership and Management from Harvard, Wharton/University of Pennsylvania, University of California at Los Angeles, University Southern California, and Cornell University. I received my Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida.
Over the course of my career, I have coached and trained thousands of managers and leaders at organizations like United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Merck, Kaiser Permanente, McKesson, and Cardinal Health. I am a certified coach and member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team.
