6-Session Coaching Package

12-Session Coaching Package
You are motivated to grow. You desire to capitalize on your strengths, close gaps, and minimize obstacles. To be fully effective as a leader, you desire to be well-balanced in your “hard” skills (technical skills) and “soft” skills (leadership and Emotional Intelligence) but are not sure how to make it happen. If so, this 12-session package is right for you.
1–2 Hour Ad Hoc Consultation
This is a one hour or two hours 1:1 with Dr. Wilkerson. These sessions are reserved for engagements when there is only a need for:
